We provide insurance claims processing, patient billing and credentialing services to our clients that need these
services, yet perhaps do not have the ample man power or understanding to have these services in house.
Outsource billing is the KEY! We process insurance claims for all major insurance carriers/plans across the nation (US only), including Medicaid and Medicare. We are the expert at medical billing and coding for small practice.
We specialize in insurance billing for alternative treatment providers such as; mental health providers (outpatient), chiropractors, acupuncturist, massage therapist, reike providers, naturopathic doctors, personal trainers, physical therapist and nutitrional/wellness coaches. We can assist these providers whether they are working with health insurance (including FSAs, HRAs and HSAs), auto injury claims or worker's compensation claims.
Errors in filing are the number one reason most claims are delayed for reimbursement. Therefore, we virtually eliminate errors with our direct access to our centralized clearinghouse, Ingenix, who will edit all claims instantly before forwarding to the specific insurance carrier for review and payment. Having to mail in claims also delays receipt of payment, which is primarily eradicated with our electronic processing software.
The company is privately owned. With our extensive knowledge of working with small business owners, our dedication to our clients is very evident. Our staff is comprised of experienced Certified Coding Specialist and back office support with processing experience in the field for over sixteen years. With the added experience of a health insurance specialist, we are able to determine what coverage a patient has, what payment the provider needs to collect and ultimately whether the claim will probably be paid or not.
