We provide medical claims processing and billing to our clients that need these
services; that perhaps do not have the ample man power or knowledge to provide these services in house. With our company, you will receive reimbursement for your claims processing on an average between 7 to 14 days after submittance. We process claims for all major insurance carriers, including Medicaid and Medicare.
Errors in filing are the number one reason most claims are delayed for reimbursement. Therefore, we virtually elimate errors with our direct access to the centralized clearing facility (RelayHealth) which will edit all claims instantly before forwarding to the specific insurance carrier. RelayHealth, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is a subsidrary of McKesson Corporation which has been providing solutions to the medical industry for over 175 years. McKesson is one of the nation’s oldest and largest health care services company, 'combining innovation, technology and process knowledge'. Having to mail in claims also delays recepit of payment, which is irradicated with our electronic processing software.
The company is locally owned. Operations are ran by the CEO Ms. Alethea Bryant, who is a 14 year banking veteran and licensed health insurance agent. Her extensive knowledge of working with small business owners shows her dedication to her clients and her passion of working with others. Her staff are all experienced billing and coding specialists, with exceptional back office support who have worked in the medical claims processing field for over sixteen years.
