Medical Billing Services

We offer a comprehensive medical billing and coding remote practice management program that will enable any practice to;

All practice programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of your practice.  On average, 97% of all claims we submit are paid on the first submission.  An additional 4% are paid on the second attempt.  We also have a payment rate of 98% on all appeals that must be made, which is 2% or less for all claims processed.  To make your company become top priority by processing your medical claims electronically, contact us immediately for a representative to set up an free consultation at your convenience.

In conjunction to a comprehensive practice management program, we also offer credentialing services for those professionals who want to handle insurance claims processing for patients/clients but are not contracted with the insurance carriers yet.  We help to stream line the process of credentialing with each insurance carrier, including Medicare and Medicaid at reasonable cost.  Please contact us to set up a free consultation to see how accepting insurance as reimbursement for services can increase your cash flow by expanding your patient/client base today.  If you choose to work with insurance as an out-of-network provider, we can help with that also, knowing and understanding how complex it sometimes becomes being out-of-network.

Consultation Services

Many clients choose to utilize our consultations services to better understand and educate themselves about the entire medical billing and coding process enabling them to work with insurance carriers nationwide on their own.  We offer consultations on a 30 minute or hourly time schedule, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm MST.  For providers located within certain areas of Colorado, consultations may be set up as an in-person session.  Those outside of Colorado may be set up for a virtual session or by phone.  In addition, we also offer a monthly membership to our consultation services which includes three (3) 30 minute sessions per month to discuss any medical billing, coding or insurance contracting matter for $115 per month. Calls extending beyond the 30 minute time frame will be assessed additional charges as outlined in the Consultation Services Agreement, which must be signed and returned to RUE by mail at;

or you may fax all completed document too (877) 440-7731, send them by email to customerservices@rilluniqueenterprises.com or by uploading to our secure online portal by clicking here.  Services will not start until the monthly automatic payment arrangement has been established by credit/debit card only AND the receipt and execution of the signed Consultation Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement. The first payment will be processed within one (1) business day after the required paperwork has been signed and returned electronically or by one of the other means listed above to get started.  All new clients will have a 14 day grace period after enrolling in the monthly consultation services to cancel their subscription without any additional charges being assessed as well as a full refund for your initial charge upon written request.  OTHERWISE, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON ANY TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT PROPER CANCELLATION OF SERVICES AS OUTLINED IN THE CONSULTATION OF SERVICES AGREEMENT.  REFUNDS WILL ALSO NOT BE ALLOWED FOR FAILURE TO COMPLETE AND RETURN THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK FOR THE CONSULTATION SERVICES TO START, HOWEVER, FUTURE PAYMENTS WILL BE SUSPENDED/CANCELLED UNTIL ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.  You may contact us at any time with questions at custmerservice@rilluniqueenterprises.  To get started with our monthly consultation services send an email to customerservice@rilluniqueenterprises.com with a subject line of 'RUE Monthly Consultations Signup'.  Upon receipt of your email, we will reach out by email to gather all of the required information we need to set you up and to answer any questions that you may have before getting started.
